Gifted Essay Contest

It's hard to believe that we're halfway through the school year. Now would be a good time to reflect on the previous semester. We had many field studies in the short time that we have been together. Which of our trips was your favorite? What was your favorite part about it? Finally, what did you learn? These are all questions you can answer in our essay contest. One boy and one girl from each grade will be selected as our winner and they will receive a special prize!

Requirements:
First and second grade essays should be at least one paragraph in length.
Third, fourth, and fifth grade essays should be no less than three paragraphs in length. 
(Remember there are at least five sentences in a paragraph.)
The essay must be handwritten. Please write neatly.
Correct spelling and grammar must be used. 
Please use your first name and last initial in the right-hand corner of your paper.

Third Grade -- January 5, 2015

Fifth Grade -- January 6, 2015

First Grade -- January 7, 2015

Fourth Grade -- January 8, 2015

Second Grade -- January 9, 2015
