Tourists Damage Yellowstone's Natural Features

Tourists have been tossing coins and other litter into the thermal springs at Yellowstone. This has turned the springs a completely different color. Read the above article for more information.

Hippopotamus Chases Boat 

During Second Grade's presentations, we were talking about how aggressive and dangerous hippos are. This recent viral video captures this speeding hippo chasing a boat. The video is at the link.

Python Explodes While Eating Alligator

While learning about the Everglades, we discussed the python problem. A very famous story occurred a few years ago when someone stumbled upon the scene of a huge python whose eyes were larger than its stomach. The photo can be found at the link.
