The gifted education plans for all of our second and fifth graders are set to expire at the end of this school year. The EPs will need to be updated next month. Students have begun to receive their packets. In the packet are two meeting notices and a parent survey. Please sign and return the first meeting notice and complete the survey as soon as possible. The second copy is for your records.
Your options are:
1. Attend the meeting at the planned date and time.
2. Participate via phone conference.
3. Reschedule at a different date or time.
4. Give permission to complete the paperwork without you.
There are strict rules regarding this paperwork so your cooperation will be greatly appreciated. Please return the forms to the Chimney Lakes Gifted Program as soon as possible.
